Bowen Therapy

During a Bowen Therapy treatment, gentle moves are performed over junctions and dense areas of your fascia; the move creates a current of bioelectricity creating change within the fascia, enabling it to restore hydration and function more effectively. What that means for you, as the recipient of the treatment, is that you should see reduction in pain levels, an increase in mobility and an overall sense of wellbeing.

Frequency Specific Microcurrent

This is a technique for treating pain by using a low-level electrical current. The current is delivered to certain parts of your body in the attempt to relieve pain. A frequency is the rate at which a sound wave or electrical pulse is produced.

Ear Candling & Lymphatic Draining

Used for the removal of ear wax accumulation. A hollow candle is placed in the external auditory canal and is lit and burns whilst a lymphatic drainage massage is performed on the neck, face and scalp, helping to clear the sinuses and elevate congestion of the lymph.
